The exterior features a sleek and sculpted body that is highlighted by the stunning floating roof design. The slender LED headlights integrate seamlessly into the hood and slope down towards the uniquely designed front grille.
Interior Features
The interior is spacious and provides seating for up to five people. Available heated seats are offered to both front and second-row passengers. And there are other desirable features including an available 8-way power-adjustable driver's seat. If you need a little more interior cargo space, the rear seats are able to fold down in a 60/40 split and create a large open space for all of your big and bulky items.
Technology and Connectivity
All three Rav4 offer an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment display. The intuitive display comes standard with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. You can add other available features to any Rav4 model, including a built-in navigation system, Wi-Fi hotspot, and a wireless charging pad.

The Rav4 is powered by a 2.5-litre 4-cylinder engine that is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. This gas-powered engine can deliver up to 203 horsepower. The Rav4 comes standard with front-wheel drive, but an all-wheel-drive system is available. If you opt for the AWD, you can also enjoy the drive mode select system that allows you to choose between sand, mud, rock, and dirt modes with just a turn of the dial.
The Rav4 also offers Dynamic Torque Vectoring All-Wheel Drive that features a rear driveline disconnect that allows the engine to send up to 50% of the power to the rear wheels and can also send more power to either the right or the left wheel to give you a more controlled performance and improve traction on rough terrains.
2022 Rav4 Hybrid
The RAv4 Hybrid offers a few distinctive exterior features. For instance, Hybrid drivers can choose to equip the vehicle with LED projector headlamps and stunning blackout wheels. The exterior can also come in two-tone paint to give it a bolder look.
The Rav4 hybrid also features a powerful 2.5-litre engine. But on this model, the engine is paired with an efficient electric motor to deliver up to 219 combined horsepower. The hybrid system features an innovative on-demand all-wheel-drive system that sends the right amount of power to each wheel. There is also a drive mode select on this model as well. Drivers can easily choose between EV, Eco, and Sport modes just by turning a dial.
2022 Rav4 Prime
The Rav4 Prime offers a unique red paint color on the exterior. The interior is adorned with premium materials, including stylish leather upholstery. Sitting proudly in the center of the dash is an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment display, but a 9-inch touchscreen display is also available.
When it comes to power, the Rav4 Prime offers one of the most impressive powertrains in its class. Under the hood is a 2.5-litre 4-cylinder engine that is paired with an electric motor and can deliver up to 302 horsepower. With this impressive powertrain, the Prime is able to get an estimated fuel economy rating of 6.0 L/100km combined.
