About the Event

Taking place on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Bronte Creek Provincial Park, this inspiring run brings people together in support of women’s mental health programs across the country. The Oakville event includes both a 5K and 10K run/walk, making it a fun and accessible way to move for a meaningful cause. Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, the energy and impact of this event is undeniable. Proceeds from the event will support the Mental Health Program at Halton Healthcare, helping to expand resources and services for women in our region.
